And of course its vigour. Not Vigor.
Had many problems with writing articles for my alliance private wiki when American members try to edit my spelling on them. Thats the ultimate laziness in my eye. A nation that cannot be bothered to write one word. tut tut. You should be ashamed.

Since we are on the subject of pronounciation, can anyone tell me the correct way to pronounce "Rampaging Ntouka"? Is the N silent, making it "Too-kah"? Just something I always wondered...

I use a nasal, softer 'n' then 'toe' than 'ka', with a slightly elongated 'a' but soft. ntoeka, I think.

Given it sounds African and has some pronunciation similarities with French... soft N, "too" "kah" is pretty much the way I say it. I imagine other people saying it in a different based on your primary language...
And this is where I love having basics in different languages.
Xunlai = Shunlai.
Zho = Djo. Much like "djinn" but a bit softer.
Kaineng = not quite Kainang, but not Kainehng either...
Xanquang: Shatchuang.
Closest I can get without resorting to international phonetics...
Oh and on American/British English, I know people who make big deals about it and I don't see why... I'm in Canada but I've been in contact with American English more than British so I use the American one... >_>...

I only recently discovered that it's Magebane Shot not Megabane Shot.
It makes sense as magebane but I still think megabane sounds like a cool name for a skill >.>
And every time I go there I can't help it, I have to call it Bacon's Perch... and then go 'mmmmmm bacon'
Invariably, I'll spell it as "Shinjea", and my British husband (I'm an American), argues with me as I call them "mainotars" and he insists it's "minnotars".

I pronounce it: My-no-tors.
I have always though that was right.
That is of course if you are talking about minotaurs.

On a related note, I've seen some funny misspellings lately:
"Need run to Bacon's Perch"
"Where can I get blots of cloth", or "Iron Ignuts"
"Need Poper Lvling", which then evolved into "Pooper lvling"

About the Armor =/= armour, vigor =/= vigour... In USA it's Vigor/Armor/Color, in UK it's Vigour/Armour/Colour. Game uses English grammar.

Me too, but he insists it's like "minnow'. He's from Norwich, if that has any bearing on accent. Maybe next time the issue comes up I'll ask him how he likes his little fish-bulls. xP

I'd have to go with "minno", no w in there, but over emphasis on the I with "my-no" would be more an american accent comming into play than a norwich accent with minnow.
Just than kgod guild wars does not have any areas named simmilar to Leicestershire.
I have to say, hearing an american pronounce that one never gets old.

I'm sure I've heard the word 'minotaur' on TV pronounced, 'MY-no-torr'.
